The latest buzz in Secretariat is that the contract files are not going to pending piles. Every file or proposal is getting signed by concern authorities without waste of time. The reason is very simple. The officials are worried when the state would go to the hands of President’s Rule. Rosiah also is keen on this and appointed only Vysya officers in key positions those need to put on signatures. They are said to be his relatives and members from the families of his close friends. It is an attempt to make the friends and relatives rich with corruption.

There is no dillydallying in any aspect. The officers are signing on files demanding for currency notes. The person or contractor who shells out the asked money will get the work done immediately without any delay.

‘Make hay while Sun shines’. That is the philosophy being followed among them now. And the person or contractor can even belong to TDP or any other opposition party. If they shell out money, things happen.
