Story
Arya (Allu Arjun) and Ajay (Navdeep) are brought up in an orphanage. Though they live together, Ajay dislikes Arya. Ajay is adopted by a rich couple and Arya too opts to stay with him. Unwillingly Ajay appoints Arya in his software company. Ajay and Arya fall in love with an employee of the same company, Geeta (Kajal). Arya sacrifices his love in favour of his friend Ajay. When Ajay and Geeta were about to get united in wedlock, her father Raji Reddy (Mukhesh Rishi) finalizes her marriage with the son of his arch rival Kesi Reddy (Shayaji Shinde). He takes her to Kurnool along with him and the marriage is about to happen. Arya too arrives there and things turn in his favor that he is made to marry Geeta. Even after his marriage with her, he tries his best to send her to America along with Ajay. Between Ajay and Arya - who gets the girl forms the crux of the film.
Analysis
Arya-2 is not really a sequel to that trendsetter Arya. Audience are sure to be shocked if they expect those involving elements in this flick. As usual Allu Arjun is full of energy as the guy caught in the emotional current of love. Director Sukumar did his best and it reflects in its richness on the silver jscreen. More care could have been taken regarding the script. Brahmanandam performed well as the HR of software company.
Action-: Allu Arjun performs with ease in the title role. His dances are mind blowing and he excels in emotinal scenes. Kajal looked pretty in the main role as Geeta. Navdeep too gave good performance. Ajay and Brahmanandam performed well in creating the humor element.
Music-: Music director Devisri Prasad gave good music
Cinematography-: Marthand K.Venkatesh gave excellent camera work.
Editing-: Good.
Fights-: Ram-Lakshman composed fights interestingly.
Direction-: Sukumar's direction is okay.
